Welcome to Video Shideo. These Terms of Service govern your use of videoshideo.com, operated by Mobeology Communications Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms globally.
1. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Liability Exemption
Video Shideo is an open platform where vloggers, bloggers, and users from across the globe upload content. Mobeology Communications Pvt. Ltd. acts exclusively as a hosting service provider (an intermediary).
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your videos on the platform.
- No Endorsement: We do not endorse any user-submitted content, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user uploads.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Contains software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
- Constitutes hate speech or incites violence against individuals or groups.
3. Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others globally. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Video Shideo infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent international copyright laws by providing us with the necessary legal documentation at amit@mobeology.com. Upon receiving valid takedown notices, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobeology Communications Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of and access to Video Shideo.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service.
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India, while remaining protective against legal obligations originating globally.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
